RETURNS

The Client must indicate their intention by email at trueyou@trueyoushop.com, indicating the reason for the return, the confirmation number, the address of pick-up, the timetable and available dates for pickup and all other useful information. http://trueyoushop.com will respond by email with precise instructions on how to return the product.
The return of the product will be completed assuring that it is returned in perfect condition, not used, in the original packaging including guarantees, tags and recommendations of use and the address to which the product should be mailed will be indicated through email.
When the return is made due to a defect in the product or error en the delivery attributable to http://trueyoushop.com, the return shipping will be paid for by http://trueyoushop.com. Passing said time period, returns will be accepted 7 days after the user receives the order, in the case of dissatisfaction with the delivered product, the expenses and risks associated with the return of the product will be the responsibility of the Client, who must arrange the return delivery of the product and return the product with all original document and in perfect condition.

The reimbursement in the account of the client as a consequence of the return will be carried out within 20 days after the day in which the supplier notifies http://trueyoushop.com of the reception of the returned product. REJECTION AND RETURNS
http://trueyoushop.com will have the right to investigate the return and demand the necessary proof from the user. If it is found that there is no error or noticeable defect, or that it is not the responsibility of http://trueyoushop.com or the transportation company, the user must reimburse the expenses for the claim.
If there is no error in the article, size or chosen color, or if the article is not defective or it can be considered used, the return will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted in any case products that have been produced according to the specifications of the user by pre-ordering or customized because by their nature they cannot be returned or, upon being returned, they can get damaged. The exception will be products that are defective that do not show any signs of usage. http://trueyoushop.com should be notified immediately of any such defects upon their discovery or when they should have reasonably been discovered, and in any and all case before (1) one month after the delivery date. The notification must describe the defect and in detail and just the act of notification does not justify full reimbursement of the paid price.
The products will have to be in the same preserved that they were receive in by the client and with the original packaging, prepared for the pick-up by the delivery service. Returns must include the delivery receipt, o invoice that accompanied the delivery of the product. In any case in the package they must be visible and the current user’s information must be legible in order to check the return to http://trueyoushop.com. The delivery service will pick up the package at a specific date and time that the Client of http://trueyoushop.com chooses for the return. The user will be responsible for the losses or damage that the returned products might suffer not being sent or packaged in the proper manner for their return.
In the case that the product whose return have been used or the return package is not able to be identified upon receipt, these products will remain in the warehouse of http://trueyoushop.com and the client, or an accredited representative, will be informed of their location in order to retrieve the products and will be able to be retrieved for no more than 30 days after the day in which Shttp://trueyoushop.com received the package.


RESPONSIBILITY AND SOLUTION TO DISPUTES
http://trueyoushop.com will not be responsible in any case for the unavailability of a product, not even in error or the impossibility of delivery for unforeseen events or due to an error in the information supplied by the user. However, in such cases, whenever it is possible http://trueyoushop.com will contact the Client immediately in order to find the best solution.
In the case of controversies about the fulfillment of the present contract, the Client will be directed first to http://trueyoushop.com in order to find a friendly solution.
